Looking into the shape of the cathedral windows.

Placing it on the bodice.

Experimenting with the shape and colour, looking at rose petals that incorporate the shape and colour of the windows.

I started to look at the Necropolis in Glasgow. It showed through my Gothic idea and then incorporated the Victorian era.

I started to look at Victorian clothing, I really liked the idea of layering fabrics, bustles and veils.

The victorian idea took the idea of the shape of garments from birdcages.

I liked the idea of incorporating lace and netting into my thread.
