Creating a skirt with a yoke

I discussed my progress of manufacturing my skirt with a yoke in a previous post and I have now finally completed it.
I did find this task extremely challenging but I am really happy with the outcome. The part that I found most difficult was inserting the concealed zip. It was a nightmare! I had to unpick it on a number of occasions due to the teeth of the zip still being visible until I finally got a decent result. Although we aren't using this as our final piece I do think that it was good experience and should help me when I get round to creating my final piece in time for the summer fashion show.
